Pete Lommori

Pete is the consummate salesman. In fact, he’s been selling most of his life. In 1973 he started out working for his Father at Lommori Realty in Pacifica, California. About 10 of those years he worked as a loan officer/appraiser for American Savings and World Savings originating FHA/VA and conventional loans. In 1994 he teamed up with fellow Realtor, Christine Stahl and since then the Lommori Stahl Group has received numerous awards as a top selling team. Pete is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers and buyers. Their experience combined is over 65 years. Pete has sold all over the Bay Area specializing in San Mateo and San Francisco Counties. In his spare time Pete and his fiance, Barbara, enjoy seeking adventures riding with the Golden Gate Chapter Harley owners group of San Mateo County as well as wine tasting and spending time with family & friends. Christine D. Stahl

Christine has deep roots in the industry having a Father who was a Real Estate Broker. Christine’s mission is to deliver exceptional integrated real estate services. Christine & her long time business partner, Pete Lommori are experienced with 1st time home buying, helping seniors relocate, contractors, investors, move-up buyers, and relocation services. As well as working  in new construction, fixer uppers, short sales, pre foreclosures and distressed sales.  An excellent marketing plan tailored to a seller’s needs.  She is a knowledgeable, motivated, well respected and a diligent Realtor as well as a local market expert who understands the need for distinctive real estate representation. Her approach to real estate is focused around getting to know her clients whose company she enjoys, and taking care of them from beginning to end. Christine consults with clients in order to discover their property desires, and then finds properties that meet those needs. She started her career as a legal secretary, and then moved to California and changed her career into real estate under the tutelage of her Father.  Christine continues to grow & understand the economics of real estate in order to proved the best experience for her clients. Outside of work she likes to cook, wine tasting and paring, travel, exercise/yoga, nature, hiking, art, shopping second hand stores, community volunteering, family fun, and vintage car shows with her husband.
